Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the public Webmentat website operated by MV ESQUEL S.L.

By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Informational website and inquiry forms

The website provides information about Webmentat, products in development, the Webmentat Framework, and custom software development services. It also allows visitors to submit contact requests, expressions of interest, and optional discovery information.

The website does not currently provide user accounts, subscriptions, paid software access, or online contracting. Product descriptions, development statuses, possible features, timelines, and other forward-looking information are not binding commitments.

Submitting a form does not create a contract, reservation, partnership, employment relationship, or obligation to provide a product or service. Any future engagement will require separate confirmation and, where appropriate, a written agreement.

Submitted information is processed and stored as described in the Privacy Policy. Some forms reveal additional optional fields, but the form is submitted and stored only once.

3. Form submissions

Information submitted through the website must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and relevant to the purpose of the form.

You must not submit:

  • unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive content;
  • malware, executable code, or content intended to interfere with the website;
  • confidential information belonging to another person or organization without authority;
  • sensitive personal data unless Webmentat has specifically requested it and it is genuinely necessary;
  • personal data about another person unless you have a lawful reason to provide it.

We may reject, delete, or decline to respond to submissions that are abusive, irrelevant, unlawful, or create a security risk.

4. Permitted use

You may browse the website and use its public information for personal or internal professional evaluation.

You must not:

  • use the website unlawfully or fraudulently;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
  • interfere with website security or operation;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;
  • scrape or automate access in a way that creates an unreasonable load;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website content and branding are owned by or licensed to MV ESQUEL S.L.

No ownership or license is transferred to you except the limited right to access and use the public website as described in these terms. Any reuse beyond what the law permits requires prior authorization.

6. Accuracy and changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but the website may contain errors or information that later changes.

We may update, suspend, or remove website content or functionality without notice. Nothing on the website should be treated as a guarantee that a product, feature, release, price, or service will become available.

7. External services and links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices, and MV ESQUEL S.L. is not responsible for them.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MV ESQUEL S.L. is not liable for losses caused by temporary website unavailability, technical problems outside its reasonable control, misuse of the website, third-party websites, or reliance on information that has become inaccurate or outdated.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website changes or when legal requirements change. The current version will show its last updated date.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. In other cases, disputes relating to the website will be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
