Display this short notice beside every Webmentat contact, product-interest, Framework-interest, or Custom Solutions form before submission. It supplements the full Privacy Policy.

Privacy notice

Controller: MV ESQUEL S.L. Purpose: To store, manage, and respond to your inquiry, understand your needs, and, where requested, discuss a possible Webmentat product or service. Legal basis: Steps requested before a possible contract where applicable, and our legitimate interest in receiving and responding to inquiries and expressions of interest. Recipients and transfers: The website is hosted on Render and submitted content is stored in MongoDB Atlas. These providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate legal safeguards. We do not sell your data. Retention: Normally for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an active relationship, legal obligation, or legal claim. Rights: You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable by emailing admin@webmentat.com. No privacy-consent checkbox is required merely to submit and answer an inquiry. The notice must be visible before submission.

Some forms reveal additional optional fields when the user chooses to provide more detail. This does not create multiple submissions. The complete form is sent and stored only when the user submits it.

Place a link to the Privacy Policy beside or immediately below the checkbox.

Do not combine this checkbox with the submission of the inquiry, acceptance of the Privacy Policy, or any future service terms.

Consent record

For each marketing consent, retain evidence of:

• •the exact consent wording or an immutable wording identifier;
• •the date and time;
• •the source form or page;
• •the affirmative checkbox action;
• •the applicable Privacy Policy version.

A later policy update does not broaden existing consent. Request consent again before using the address for a materially different purpose or communication channel.
